Project Description

The approach to the economic assessment of the effects of an organisational change in the relationship between the Canton of Berne and Bedag is based on two main parts. The first part presents a comparative analysis of the organization of state IT companies in other cantons. The second part of the study contains an analysis of the economic effects of different strategy variants within the framework of a regulatory impact assessment.
