• Equal Pay Analyses. We conduct equal pay analyses using the federal government’s standard analysis model or apply advanced methods that allow for the inclusion of additional factors. To ensure a scientifically rigorous analysis, we collaborate on a case-by-case basis with Prof. Dr. Uschi Backes-Gellner from the University of Zurich.
