Risk Management

Risk management is playing an increasingly important role in corporate management, even outside regulated business areas. We support you in building and further developing a lean and effective risk management that is integrated into your business processes. Thereby, we do not only use quantitative methods. For example, it is also about qualitatively capturing operational or regulatory risks, identifying them as a basis for business decisions and evaluating them with regard to their impact on business operations.

Setting up risk management. Our services range from the comprehensive risk analysis of your business processes, including the development of all processes and instruments required for implementation and reporting, to selective support in analyzing and implementing specific requirements.

Implementation of risk management. Depending on the size of the company, it may not be worthwhile to internally set up the risk management function with the necessary expertise. We accompany you or take on the tasks for the periodic risk assessment and the associated reporting.

Review of risk management. For risk management to be and remain effective, it must be anchored in the organization. With the further development of business activities and the routine implementation of risk management, there is a danger that it is no longer aligned with the business model and that too little attention is paid to it. A review is advisable after five to eight years. The same applies to significant changes in the business model, changes in key positions or major reorganizations. We support you in reviewing your risk management and ensuring its effectiveness by refreshing the methodology and processes.

Our team has many years of expertise in risk management and has worked in senior roles in various industries to identify, assess and manage financial, operational and regulatory risks. This experience makes us a valuable partner for organizations looking to manage their risks effectively.
